what to expect...
West End Baptist Church is a community of believers centered and growing in Christ Jesus. Our goal is to glorify God as we learn and grow (making mature disciples) here in our local area, and as we partner with other churches in our nation and in other countries. We are passionate about loving Jesus and making Him known in Greenville, SC and around the world.
We meet for worship on Sunday mornings 10:30 a.m. We have what is commonly known as a “blended” worship style, where we incorporate the newer praise and worship songs along with a favorite hymn or two each service. Our talented musicians and worship leaders use a variety of instruments – sometimes with a small band including drums and keyboards, sometimes with just an acoustic guitar, and sometimes a mandolin. Whatever the medium, our goal is to bring our congregation to an attitude of corporate worship, into a time of prayer, learning, and serving our Lord and one another. Pastor Marty Price uses the English Standard Version of the Bible to bring his messages, but will often refer to other versions as well. We use slides to enhance our worship in song as well as during the sermon.

Our drop-off area is in the “Charleston Court” area of the parking lot beside our building. Guests and those needing close parking are welcome to park in this lot. Additionally, we have parking available in the ETO parking lot next door (see the left of the layout).
More parking is available at the opposite corner of Arlington and Anderson St. We have signs and parking attendants available to help guide our first time guests. You can enter by the parking lot entrance or through the courtyard. We’ll be so glad to have you with us on Sunday mornings, or any other day of the week!
